Alright so we got through it! First week down and in the record books :) Chris took Kamiree down to Denver this past week and Kamiree had her first 4 days of speech therapy with her new SLP named Bri, which by the way we love and so does Kamiree. She is using Kauffman Cards and working very hard with Kamiree. I didn't get to go as I watched the other 4 kids but I already notice a difference. Kamiree used 4 words in a row being prompted by her SLP saying "I want to pick." They were playing a game and after she did so many cards she got to pick something for a game they were playing. I know she is being prompted but she is trying and that to me is so exciting! We have two more weeks of traveling and then I don't know for sure what we are going to do. I'm excited to leave Monday and get to watch her in therapy since I didn't get to last week. Anyways, I thought if I started a blog it would help with all the emotions we are going through and keep family/friends in the know all. We were blessed this week with some money to get a hotel room for this next week of therapy. It's amazing watching God provide for Kamiree, this helping me know that he is indeed in control and we are doing the right thing. I have never had to have this much faith before. I miss my husband when we are apart the most, and of course the kids too.
